We’re so excited to officially introduce Exosomes with Dermapen at All Skyn.
If you already love microneedling, this is the upgrade. Stronger collagen stimulation, smoother texture, brighter tone and firmer skin. More noticeable results.
This is our most advanced microneedling protocol to date.
At All Skyn, every microneedling treatment includes LED therapy as part of our clinical protocol to calm inflammation, support healing and enhance results. It is always included, never an add-on.
Exosomes take that foundation and elevate it.
This treatment is performed by RN Danni, who specialises in cosmetic nursing and advanced skin treatments. It’s ideal for clients wanting visible change, not just maintenance.
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that act as messengers between skin cells. In simple terms, they help skin cells communicate more effectively.
They contain growth factors, peptides and regenerative signalling molecules that support collagen production, elastin formation and tissue repair. When applied after microneedling, they help regulate inflammation, accelerate healing and encourage healthier skin regeneration.
Instead of simply triggering collagen, exosomes help guide the repair process. That means stronger regeneration, improved skin quality and more noticeable results over time.
Why combine exosomes with Dermapen?
Dermapen microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate collagen remodelling and elastin production.
Applying exosomes immediately after treatment allows them to absorb deeply while the skin is primed to repair. This enhances collagen stimulation, supports faster recovery and improves overall treatment outcomes.
We use Dermapen™ technology with clinically formulated exosomes to support a more guided repair process, not just stimulation.
The result is amplified regeneration rather than stimulation alone.
Treatment time
Approximately 60 minutes.
What can it help with?
Exosomes + Dermapen is ideal for clients wanting improvement in:
- Acne and acne scarring
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Pigmentation and uneven tone
- Enlarged pores
- Skin laxity
- Dull or environmentally damaged skin
- Inflammation-prone or compromised skin
If standard microneedling is no longer enough, this is the next step.
Clinical support
Emerging research suggests that combining microneedling with exosome therapy may enhance outcomes compared to microneedling alone.
Acne and acne scarring
In a case series of patients treated with microneedling and topical exosomes, visible reductions in pore size and improvements in skin texture were observed. Patients were rated as significantly improved, with high satisfaction and no adverse events reported.
Pigmentation and melasma
A controlled clinical trial comparing microneedling with and without exosomes for melasma demonstrated greater reductions in melasma severity on the exosome-treated side, with no adverse effects reported.
Anti-ageing and overall skin quality
Research combining microneedling with exosome-based therapy has shown improvements in pore size, redness and pigmentation, with measurable skin quality improvements lasting long term in some cases.
While individual results vary, this evidence supports the regenerative potential of combining microneedling with exosomes.
Consultation
A consultation is not required prior to booking. However, it is recommended if someone is new to advanced skin treatments or unsure which option suits their skin best. Suitability will always be assessed on the day.
